Soul Silver Gijinka: My Main Party

I don’t why but I felt like drawing my Soul Silver team as Gijinkas. And yes there are seven pokemon there because I just happen to which between two of them very often. I don’t know why but I decided all my Gijinkas should wear hoodies for some reason or another, which I think turned out rather well. Anyhow other than one of my party members I think they turned out rather well. Okay now I’ll shall very you a detail description of each pokemon if you care.

Lamb the Ampharos Female

First one from the left my drawing is my Ampharos, Lamb. I found her just outside of Violet Town though she didn’t become a permanent party member until about Azalea Town. She has a quirky nature and very finicky so many of her teammates must find her hard to deal with I imagine. Though I think she would still be quite the lovable pokemon.

Lamb was a great asset to the party and could take a hit better than most of the others. Her special attack is the best out of everyone making her electric attacks deadly.

Nile the Feraligatr Male

Right next the golden lamb is my blue croc, Nile. He is my official starter pokemon of SoulSilver and my favorite starter in Johto. He was a permanent member of my party from the beginning and I’ve never took him out of my party. He has a lonely nature and is often lost in thought. Because of these characteristic I think of him as a bit of an airhead who is always who likes to always hang around with others. He is really quite taken in by the group’s new member Meganium and likes to stick around and show him the ropes.

His attack is his highest stats though it not the highest in the group. He does have one of the best overall stats when comparing it to his others mates.

Green Jr. the Meganium Male

Next as mention above is the group’s Meganium, Green Jr. who is the son of GreenCutey. He was actually born the day before I defeated the Elite Four and is the newest and youngest member of the group. He often switches places with his dad in my party. He has a calm nature and he is also thoroughly cunning. Since he is calm, I imagine him taking it slow and thinking things through which, makes him very smart. But since he still only a kid, compared to everyone else in the party, I drew him smaller and more innocent looking. I can see him looking up to the elder party members.

As for Green Jr.’s stats, he has the best defenses and can take a hit better than anyone else. Unfortunately because of that his attacking abilities are on the low scale of that. He can, however, still dish out a fairly alright special attack if when he needs too.

Lionheart the Typhlosion Male

Being friendly and paying attention to our young member is Lionheart. He is my Typhlosion that I traded to myself so I could have all the starters. The fire pokemon has been with me since the beginning just like Nile. He has a hardy nature and he is impetuous and silly. I see him as bold and daring pokemon that not afraid to go out there and do what need to be done as well as doing things to hastily or not serious enough. But he doesn’t like the little things get him down. He has really taken a liking to Green Jr. often protecting him when he needs it.

All of his stats are fair good though his best ones are his special attack and his speed. So Lionheart can quickly get he attacks in before more other opponents which good considering his defense is real quite poor.

GreenCutey the Chikorita Male

Hovering above Lionheart is the Chikorita, GreenCutey. Another pokemon traded to myself so I can have all of the starters but I let my little sister pick and name him. Upon her request, I will never evolve him. I kept him a Chikorita the entire time and I used him throughout the game even going through the Elite Four with him in my party. He is the father of Green Jr. and I often switch between the parent and child for which one to be in my party. He has a timid nature but hates to lose. I imagine him shying away from others and staying more to himself though when it comes to competitions he gives it his all as he cannot accept failure. GreenCutey is also quite protected of his son and the pokemon does not like how friendly Nile and Lionheart are with him.

As to be expected Cutey’s stats are the worst of the group as he is a first evolution pokemon. To counteract that I always have him about ten levels higher than everyone else which get him somewhat in the same stat range of everyone else. His top threes stats are special defense, defense and special attack.

RedTempest the Shiny Gyarados Female

Next up is the only shiny pokemon that I’ve captured since Sapphire, RedTempest. After I met her at Lake of Rage I only put in her my party just to see if she was still shiny when she follows me as her PC box sprite was blue. After trying her out in the Team Rocket bases in Mahogany Town, I fell in love with her and she became my final permanent party member. She oddly enough has a jolly nature and is thoroughly cunning. I think of Tempest as an oddball of Gyarados always smiling, happy and super friendly. She thoroughly thinks things through instead rashly jumping into action. Though because she is a Gyarados she is the tallest of the group and often thought of as a dumb, violent pokemon by those that don’t know her, which she can be when she’s anger. She is close friends with Angel who wasn’t afraid when she first join the group.

RedTempest attack stats is high, and she can easily knock any opponent out with a single physical attack making her the hardest hitter of the party. Other than her special attack, all of her stats are fairly good making her a difficult fight if you don’t have her weakness.

Angel the Togetic Male

And finally, sitting on Redtempest shoulder is the Togetic, Angel. The second youngest pokemon of the party and was hatched on Route 33 just outside of Azalea Town. I wasn’t planning on making him a permanent member until I saw he knew the Extarsensory egg move. And once he single-handedly defeated everyone in Ecruteak City Gym, couldn’t even think about not having him in my party. Angel has a rash nature and loves to eat. With that, I see a very hyperactive pokemon with plenty of energy that need to eat lots to keep himself going. He doesn’t think before he acts which gets him in some trouble. He a good kids and doesn’t judges others which why him and RedTempest are such good friends.

Other than his speed and his attack stats, which are both very low, he has good stats. His best is special defense making him able to take special damage well.

Angel is not the best of the ones of drawn. My ink lines aren’t straight and his face and eyes looks funny. I felt like that could have been done so much better but it is what it is. I’ll try to draw him again later hopefully better.
